It can complete namelessly. It is inexpensive to administer. It is easy to compare and analyze. It administers many people. It can help collect a huge amount of data. But the drawbacks include that it can take much time. It can be hard to analyze and compare. It can be costly. The interviewer can bias client's responses. b) UHT stands for Ultra Heat Treatment. It is heated to a temperature higher than 135°C for few seconds and is cooled down. UHT milk brands in Pakistan are Olpers, Nestle Milk Pak etc. However it is not healthy. On the other hand, HTST stands for High Temperature Short Time. It is heated to 75°C for at least 15 to 20 seconds. There are about 12 questions in the questionnaire which includes demographics and factors namely customer satisfaction and customer needs.
