But the most predominant of all changes is Change in the Organizations working methods. What is Change Management? Change management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams and organizations from a current state to desired state, aimed at employment empowerment for accepting change in the work environment. It helps the organization to transit from ‘where they are’ to ‘where they want to be’. He was very quick in his responses towards this topic as this was something he had recently adopted. It was an unstructured interview wherein I did not have any predetermined questions that had to be answered.
