Education is an active agent of social change. The instructive outlook in the present scenario has undergone most important revisions over the years, major in enhanced condition of education and healthier knowledge pursues. In 1944, the Central Advisory Board of Education (CABE) published a broad report called the Sergeant Report on the post-war educational development of the country. As per the report, necessities for the education of the differently abled were to shape a vital part of the national system of education, which was to be directed by the Education Department. We need to act in accordance with our responsibility to this country and to the international community. Eradicating barriers to accessing education and to learning for children with disabilities is fundamental for the realization of Education for all. To ensure that all children have access to quality education, education policies and practices must be inclusive of all learners, encourage the full participation of all, and diversity as a resource, rather as an obstacle. Inclusive education will pave the way to prosperity for individuals and for the society. This prosperity will, in turn, lead to a more peaceful and sustainable development of humanity. Technology though it’s a boon, has a major problem of affording by the differently abled. Government should take special and necessary steps to make the differently abled reach the technological needs. As many students are been benefit by our Government.
