Different stressors that I deal with on a daily basis: I deal with quite a few stressors daily such as; 1. My school work, I am always stressing whether I will be able to get it all finished on time or not as I do procrastinate quite a lot. I also stress about the tests and exams and whether I am going to get the marks I need or not. 2. My family, I am always stressing over whether or not I will get into trouble for something and about my siblings, especially if we have to be somewhere at a specific time (e.g. school) and they don’t get finished when I ask them to. 3. My future, I am constantly stressing about what I am going to do with my future because I have a lot of self-doubt, so I tend to over think things and make it seem like a terrible idea in my head. The safety of me and my family, we live opposite a location and they strike often, which makes me worry about the safety of my family. Also there have been armed robberies outside our gate, so that is also a big stressor. All these stressors have an impact on my well-being as I go to bed late or sometimes cannot sleep because I keep thinking about them all. They sometimes cause me to lose focus in class because they are always plaguing my thoughts. They also impact on my social life sometimes because I am always so busy. How I manage/don’t manage stress and the consequences thereof: There are a few things that I do to try and manage my stress, some of them work sometimes and some of them don’t, these are: 1. Writing down everything I’m stressing about and ticking it off as I sort it out. 2. Listening to music and just letting go for a while, or listening to music while completing some of the stressors. 3. Reading a good book that I
