Silver Sneakers: It is a free charge program that covers conditioning classes, exercise equipment, and other amenities of local participation fitness center. B. EnhanceFitness: It is a free charge program that has a specifically designed group of exercise program to fit the needs of older adults C. Focus group: It is a small number of people who want to participate on a study and then they are bringing together to examine or focus on a specific objective of a qualitative study. In this study there were 4 focus groups each one has 13 participant, 2 focus groups participant were had no record of attending a senior fitness program, the third group was consist of entire senior fitness program users, and the last group was mostly non-users.
