Introduction Begin the task of collecting data after determining the research problem and to develop a design plan to search. Such as what researchers did in proposing. When thinking of taking a decision on the method of data that will be used in the study collection the researcher take into account two types of data, which are primary and secondary data. Primary and secondary data collection First, primary data are a data collected from the field under the control and supervision of the investigator main objective data. When the researcher is using secondary data, it must look at the different sources from which it can be obtained. For example topics already written on the websites, books, magazines, libraries and newspapers by reliable sources and well-known publications such as different from the central government or local administrations; various publications of foreign governments. For instance, what the researcher did in Literature Review. The reason to select secondary data methods, it is easy to access, to find data in general and in large quality, low cost, and short time to gather information and allows for easy access to answer research questions. In this type of data is often collected through surveys and questionnaires that carefully developed to provide the researcher numeric data that can be explored and statistically yield the result that can be obtained (E.Wyse, 2011). For example, of the survey result the number of responses whose are agreeing strongly and acceptance for opening a new branch of UAEU in Fujairah is 31 persons. The analyses of result explain it in charts and statistical tools such as T-Test. Survey; it’s an easy way to get big numbers of responses that can answer the survey questionnaire. It contains 10 questions with different types which make it easy for people to answer it. It's not expensive, which is not cost money at all, online website which can publish the link of survey in many ways, such as in social media, send it by email and messages to the people in Fujairah and its effective way nowadays to help the researcher to get the data in a short time and specific number of people. The sample size of the survey depends on the types of study and in this study have 43 responses of people who are getting the survey questions and answered in this study from 30 to 50 responses.
