He works only for himself and for his survival. Survival is the basic instinct of any human. The person of this category priors their own survival above the others. The example of this types of person is Adolf Hitler (Leader of Germany in 90’s). The next leadership style is known as PURPLE. Unlike Beige, they are not selfish type of leaders. They care about their tradition, myths, ancestors and they work for their people. Example for the animistic leader is Quaid-e-Azzam (leader of Pakistan). Next style of leadership is Green. The leaders that fall in this category are very caring and protective for their people and they know how to make and strong the bonds between humans and their people. Every leader has his thinking about their priorities and their goals. We are discussing about the leadership styles so in every organization they select their leadership style according to their goals and perspectives. Everyone one mostly prefers to have your own leadership style and being original and innovative about leadership styles. Leadership styles depends on the organization structure and environment. According to Kurt Lewin’s leadership styles there are some major leadership styles. Autocratic Leaders: These are the types of leaders who make their own decisions without consulting the other members of the organization even if their ideas or input would be useful for the decisions. They make the decisions themselves and this causes a demoralizing effect on their employees which causes a team turnover between the employees. These type of leaders make the future decisions by themselves for the better outcome of the organization and future goals without considering the team effort. Democratic
