“Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man.” –Swami Vivekananda In the midst of a technological and computing revolution where each new day sees a spate of new concepts and applications and each passing day makes them obsolete, I desire to have the next higher level of education in such dynamic, advancing field like computer science and transcend new horizons. As I stand at the threshold of completing my undergraduate study, after prudently envisaging the different career choices open to me I have decided to go in for a graduate study that demands personal commitment and facilitates in accomplishing research. Later on when working with Wireshark tool for learning network protocol internals, I found that passwords can be easily captured while capturing network packets through mirror port. I could now reconnect that how my password was stolen. So what are the ways to make system safe? After analyzing I found that every system is susceptible to hacking. As no human are perfect, developers too make mistake during their development phase. This loopholes are capture by hackers. Nowadays, as most of the data is stored in cloud, there arises increase demand of research and innovation in Network and System security. As I stand on the threshold of completing my under-graduate studies, I realized that my present knowledge would not suffice to accomplishing my dream of making securely sound system. I believe that unless one is erudite in its field, one cannot be fully…show more content…
You never know what taste you will get next. And so was my ambition for the future. As a student I was always eager to study new concepts and I have enjoyed dabbling with computers and experimenting with different applications. After I secured 89.92% at school-level and my interest in logical and analytical thinking led me to take up Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as my major subjects and electronics as an elective at Pre-University level. Latter I realized that my passion and interest doesn’t coincides with my education field. After that I shifted to computer science field, but as I was very late, most of the important basic of computer science were already taught. This landed me on the boarding line of passing examination in computer science and I felt that CS is most frustrating and difficult subject. My low score boosted me to lean and code by own. As the time passed, I went on going deep into the concepts and became the expert of CS in my class of 144. I started helping my friends understanding the concepts and debugging their codes. This all helped me to secured 85.00% in my Pre-University examination overall, and a score of 197/200 in Computer Science, which motivated me to pursue a degree in Information Technology
