This study aims only at employees working in NBPL and the factors that influence their satisfaction level. Understanding the end state of feeling of the employee and assessing it has become the essential part of Human Resource Management. MethodologyRESEARCH METHODOLOGY This an analytical study on the data collected from NBPL, and also internet. A well structure questionnaire will be having open-ended as well as close ended. The questionnaire will be included as a part of this report. Research design: The research is practical in nature & therefore relies on primary as well as secondary data. Research Problem: “To know the factors determining the Job Satisfaction, which are essential to satisfy the employee to retain them in the organization?” The data collecting in the study was collected mainly from the primary source for which a survey technique was employed. A well structured questionnaire is including as a part of this report. 1. Primary Data Collection-First Hand Data Collection Primary data is collected from HR manager, and through personal interaction with employees of NBPL will be collected by well structure administering questionnaire.  Employee interaction Interaction was done with employees to gather maximum information on their experience and views .This interaction provided maximum inputs in gathering data required to fill in the questionnaire. Some informal interactions were also made so as to know whether the employees were satisfied with there job and to gather their suggestions to improve the current system.  Survey Method Survey was conducted by providing every employee a questionnaire and requesting to fill the exact information and to frankly express their views. This format was provided to nearly 50 employees.
