I also could never imagine the difficulties of having a child with a disability(s). I as a parent, would want support and information regarding the course of academic achievement regarding my child's disability(s). I would also seek the help of early intervention, but would amend it to accommodate my family and child's needs. I find the study regarding families of children with dishabilles, an enlightening visual into the daily lives of families that are finding their way through a different situation than most.
