INTRODUCTION Human Resourseall Management (HRM) has been considered as one of the most strategic tools, which is applied in most fields of any organization. Performance Appraisal (PA) is seen as the key tool of HRM, which provides information of employees performance in order to rate employees and give feedback to them based on their level of performace. 360 degrere appraisal is aimed at improving employee performance by identifying their strengths and weaknesses. The employees receive feedback from their peers, superiors or subordinates in anonymous form. The feedback forms consists of questions that are measured on a rating scale and sometimes ask the evaluater to provide written comments. Because the feedbacks they receive come from many sources, it has a significant impact on them than the feedbacks from one source in traditional appraisal. Firstly, to evaluate the performance of all employees, it requires the top managers to spare so much of time. Secondly, the feedback given to all employees should be free from bias and the anonytimity should be considered carefully to ensure the effectiveness of this method. Thirdly, it is very important to get the encouragement of teamwork with an organization for the purpose of achieving the organizational objectives. Fourthly, a healthy competition among the employees of organization should be proposed to created a comfortable environment, which increases the engagement and commitment of all employees.
