Development is part of human life. Human development is defined as increscent of individual’s decision that leads to healthy life, educate and appreciate the typical of living.(Ranis, Stewart, & Samman, 2006) Erik Erikson pointed out that adolescence can be defined as a group of people with age ranges in between 12 to 18 years old who have the ability to decide the crisis of the basic ego identity. Ego is the reasonable field that describes the personality which is conscientious for guiding and managing the intuition based on reality doctrine. (Schultz & Schultz, 2005) There are three types of the development in adolescence namely physical development, cognitive development and psychosocial development. During the growth of adolescence, they will have the sleep deprivation or called epidemic. Adolescence with sleep problems will suffer from the loss of concentration that in turn affects the school performance. Apart from that, healthy eating habit is crucial for the growth of adolescence. However, the adolescence nowadays especially the young lady will emphasize with their body image that leads to weight control. During the puberty, it is normal for an increase in girl’s body fats. However, this had led to the issue that the young lady is dissatisfied with their appearance. Therefore, adolescence will act aggressively by involving in abnormal patterns of food intake which might later resulting in anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Anorexia can be defined as the type of eating disorder through self-starvation. Adolescence girls with this disorder having the symptoms like fear of gaining weight, having the distorted image of their body shape and normal weight less than 85 percent for their age and height. (Papalia & Feldman, 2012) Santrock (2011) claims that bulimia nervosa is defined as eating disorder which a person will binge frequently but without subsequent to fast, exercise or vomit. The adolescence will experience the rebellion which involved the clash among the family, crude and rash behavior and the refusing of the values of adults. These conditions will lead to the emotional distress among adolescence. Adults play the influential character to cultivate the healthy psychosocial development among the adolescence through the monitoring and self-disclosure to refine the adolescence’s behavior. Also, the relationship of the adolescence among the friends normally achieved the peaks at age 12 to 13. Needless to say, they will spend more time with their friends in order to have the more stable and more reciprocal friendship by sharing certain characteristics with their friends to show their attitudes such as loyalty and sharing.
