Human Resource Management (HRM) can be defined as that it is the process of managing people in the organisations which in a constitution and through behaviour. This covers the sphere of accomplishing job analyses, training and orienting new employees, hiring the right candidates for the right job position, setting up personnel needs, managing salaries and compensation, appraising performance, providing incentives and benefits to employees, resolving disputes between management and employees , and conversing with employees at all levels and all the time. As I mention earlier before, the function of HRM team includes hiring, training, performance appraisal and so on. For the function of recruitment and training, this is one of the main responsibilities of HR team. Manager in HR plans for employ right kind of people for suitable specific job description. Other tasks related to staffing which include preparing the requirement to the employee and the scope assigned to them. Many theorists tried to clarify the importance of the human resources approach. One of the theories that can fulfil my option that I prefer which is a flexible work schedule makes the employee more productive in the workplace is Job Characteristics Theory. Job Characteristics Theory (JCT) is used in a structure to study how particular job individuality affects job results which include job satisfaction. The five main job characteristics are such as task significant, task variety, job autonomy, skill variety, and feedback that impact the critical psychological states. The characteristic effect here significant psychological states of the employees doing the job included knowledge of the actual results, skilled responsibility for outcomes, and meaningful the work to the employees will lead to positive outcomes such as absenteeism, job satisfaction and job performance. For instance, flexible work schedule should be positive effect on employees' intelligence of autonomy in that way to increases job satisfaction among employees. Flexible schedules make employees be more efficient with using of their usual 24-hour physiological series and also lead to a decrease in work-arrival associated stress that employees faced.
