You need one or two A levels or equivalent to get into HNC/HND. To be eligible to get into a degree course you must possess five GCSEs and two or three A levels in science subjects. If you possess a degree in a non-related discipline, you must consider taking a postgraduate study in subjects like food safety, nutrition, and health or food quality management.
