It provides video content streaming There are approximately 120 million households in the US of which, • 30 million subscribe to Comcast, (~ $ 50 / subscriber) • 42 million subscribe to Netflix , (~$ 10 /subscriber) • 2 million subscribe to HuluPlus (~ $ 8 / subscriber) • 40 million with YouTube (top channel) subscription. (Free-ad based) Comcast is the leading revenue maker in video content streaming business today. Comcast provide access to standard TV content from different media company (ABC, CBS, FOX etc) via cable. However, they are losing fast to competitors specifically to Netflix & YouTube from subscription growth.
