Fast food has quickly developed in many countries in the world such as England and United States. The number of people now who consume them has gained and the number of restaurants has increased a lot. Since fast food and prepared food was invented, they had affected the society a lot because of time, wide variety of choices and cost saving. “In today’s fast-paced life, time has become important for many people from students to officials who have time limit.” (English-test.net, 2015) As a result, they need to buy fast food and prepared food that are ready to eat or easy to cook. Try and replace high-fat, high sugar sweets. If you work in an office that has a refrigerator, consider bringing in some yogurts, carrots or celery sticks that you can munch on in between meals. Having healthy options at your fingertips will help you to make wiser choices. Making small changes can have a huge impact. The world will not slow down around you but you can learn to make wiser choices when it comes to food.
