Strength Of Adversity

The strength of adversity for me is when i injured the bone in my knee. It was painful, it felt like somebody drove a knife through my knee. I was worried so much, because i didn't know how long i was going to be missing out of action.I was scared my position would be gone when i come back, so many things went through my head when i got hurt. I was wondering how will i get slower, will i lose my strength, or just lost my talent all to this injury. I tried to keep my body in good condition while i was out, but it was harder than it was after i got hurt.I had to eat lots of fruit, drink lots of water, and workout. I was doing all the workouts right and had to puddle a bike for 20 minutes straight. I even had to life weights with my legs. If i didn't do none of the workouts i wouldn't be the player i am today. For Ex: Its so much killing that some people is scared to go out in public or stay in their homes because of robberies. People today fear driving because its so many young drivers that be on they phone and have many accidents. Also, drunk drivers u never know what going to happen when a drunk is driving. People also fear planes, some are afraid of heights and some dont ride because of people high jacking the planes. Some other people fear adversity they scared to overcome it, they think that its to big or hard to do. Some people who get hurt may not want to re-hurt they knee. When 9/11 happen people feared to come outside their houses, drive in their cars because of the attack. That was adversity but at last people had to overcome that adversity and come outside and start back driving. Columbia is facing a fear that they want find their families because of the flood, and want overcome the adversity. Fear is just last for a while but once you get over one fear its another looking to take the last one
