The term global warming refers to a gradual increase in the average temperature of the earth and its oceans; it is an adaptation that is believed to be permanently changing the earth's climate. Scientists are trying to tell us that the planet is warming. The increased amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases released by the burning of fuels, agriculture, and other activities, are considered to be the foremost sources of the global warming that has occurred over the past decades. In the long run, we forgot to look after our nature, on which we are dependent, from food, water and even the air we respire. But we pollute the same water we drink, damage the same air we need to respire. Immense use of strong chemical fertilizer, which is damaging our crops instead of making them hygienic. Today, humanity is totally unaware of those consequences that will come to them from global warming. Today’s modern technology is the significant cause of global warming, and these causes have their own horrible effects on the ecosystem. The primary cause of global warming is a greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is known as the rising in earth's temperature above from its normal temperature. In the atmosphere, there are certain gases, such as methane, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxides, water vapor, and ozone, which aid in this activity by…show more content…
The effects of global warming on earth's ecosystems are expected to deepen. The rise in temperature had made the life difficult for various animal and plant species. A number of common warning signs can be seen today. A recent study shows that changes due to global warming compel lots of animal species to migrate at a higher altitude. A number of polar bears in arctic side are drowning while they have to swim longer distances to reach ice floes. In Virginia, shoreline, sea life is moving towards north, as a result of warm water and variations in
