2.6 OPEN CULTURE We often heard about that we need an open culture in communicating with different countries.But should we need an open culture in companies or business?And why we need it? I think open culture have two different meanings. The first is Open corporate culture. Representatives can openly discuss issues.Because only you open your company to discuss the problems , to let customers know and trust you and you can better recognize your own problems, and correct it to improve your company.The second is open minded. The core of team oriented is collaboration, so cohesion and unity are very important for team oriented. Team oriented refers to a group of individuals or an employee carrying out the responsibilities and tasks together and work together to achieve the goals you want to achieve. The basis of team oriented is to respect everyone’s personality and make them unite as one. We do not require team members sacrifice their personality but help them show their specialty to achieve their aim. Impact 1. Goal orientation The goals of the team must become every members’ goals. Team oriented can help members pull together and try to achieve the same goal. For all team members, team’s goals are their own goals. 2. Cohesion Any teams need the power to manage all members, it called cohesion. The traditional management method makes no account of personality, but team orientation can unite people through training group consciousness. 3.
