Induction is known as the process of hiring and introducing the new employee into the organization. This process enables the new employee to understanding about the culture, policies and procedures of the organization. The studies have shown that more than 25% of newly joined employees decide in their first week of induction either to stay with the company or quit. Therefore our first priority should be providing the new joiners with the effective induction program.
