Generally speaking, quality of life is meant to be the observed quality of an individual’s daily life that includes the assessment of their overall well-being. The measurement includes individual’s emotional, social, and physical aspects. Emotional or social aspects can vary from one person to another by a matter of their personal behavioral particulars, but on the other hand physical aspects of well being is more of a standardized term when compared to these other measures. If your body allows you to run, walk, jump, play sports, and do the other things you like to do, it would mean that your quality of life score would be high enough for a better life. The major problem that holds us back from scoring high on physical measures is arthropathies, meaning that there is a problem with your joints.
