Emotional intelligence and Stress Management in Students Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control and understand the emotions of ourselves and others emotional intelligence is also helpful to reducing our stress emotions play an important role in managing stress in students .through emotions we overcome the stress emotional intelligence play an integral part in managing emotions .Students face a lot of stress at school and collages such as pressure of work pressure to perform their work properly relationship with peers were also a source of stress. Understanding emotions and managing emotions perceiving emotions is the first step that how to perceive emotions and understand the in verbal and non verbal way such as facial expression and body language .second branch is reasoning with emotions that how to pay attention and third one is understanding emotions that how to understand emotions and last one is managing emotions that how to manage emotions in a articulate way. Thinking and practice in education is intellectually affected, especially in the United States, by Howard Gardner’s work around multiple intelligences. Here we probe the theory of multiple intelligences; why it is readily and worthily accepted by educationalists; and some of the matters around its conceptualization and recognition. He wanted his children to comprehend the world, but not just because the world is charming and the human mind is analytical .By understanding the world they will become capable of making it a better place. Awareness is not the same as ethicality, but we need to understand if we are to avoid past mistakes and move towards fruitful results. A noteworthy part of that understanding is knowledge about ourselves that who we are and what we can do. Conclusively, we must formulate our understandings for ourselves.
