There are limitations and weaknesses in the product that the college cafeterias’ provide. Students do not make the best food choices’ as there is a lot of unhealthy food option that they tend to go overboard. With that, this is especially common in college freshmen because they are not used to making decisions about nutrition. Colleges do not label the nutritional facts for most of their food, so college students are unaware of what the product is actually made of. This may lead to an overconsumption of calories than an average person should consume. Instead, colleges should let students know the amount of calories and nutritional facts of the food. Because of these concerns many people are considering alternatives to typical food options
