Everyone, no matter how wealthy, famous, or seemingly happy is fighting a battle. Harper Lee’s character, Atticus Finch, once said, “You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view --until you climb into his skin and walk around in it.” The idea that Finch is trying to convey is that you can never judge a person without trying to think about things from their perspective. People do not have to publicly display an air of misery to be depressed. In reality, personal sadness can be something that even the people closest to you can never truly understand.
