Learning and Development : This is the stage when employees realise the importance of the changes and how this change lead to increase their productivity It is not easy for an organization to bring change and adapt to it. To be successful, organizations must embrace changes so that business develops and create new product desired in marketplace and upgrade its employees skills. In organization changes are essential to helping an organization grow and develop. The major problem lies in the management of the change. Learning and Training Development: Investing in training programs helps employees develop personally and professionally and make them familiar to changes and its benefits 4. Conflict Resolution : In an organization there are many conflicts especially during the change in the organization and this resulting employees dissatisfaction and employees don not comply with the change ,so it's important to resolve conflicts as early as possible and try to eliminate the root cause of the conflict to avoid further problems Changes are made for the improvement of organization and its employees so, it is necessary for its employees to comply with it as organization is all about its
