The objective of this business plan is the analysis of the acquisition, renovation and reoperation of a Japanese restaurant which is an existing restaurant in Kato Paphos. Benihana is located near the sea, in the heart of one of the most popular tourist places for summer holidays in Paphos, Cyprus. It was set up in 2006 and had followed a successful track for almost seven years. However after the founder left the country, the restaurant remained closed until recently pending the completion of the obtainment of the estate from the ex owner. After the refurbishment works the restaurant will be operational by the end of the year (December 2014) The new Benihana will offer customers a trendy, fun place to have great Japanese dishes in a relaxing and warm environment. The restaurant will offer a large range of selected combination platters coming from Japan as well as other international dishes so to provide customers a diverse, unusual menu which I different from the other Japanese restaurants in the area.
