One of three concentrations on accuracy was conducted by 6 replicates. Repeatability test were conducted at the standard concentration of 40% in the matrix solution in HCl medium, the standard concentration of 75% in the matrix solution in the acetate medium, and the standard concentration of 110% in the matrix solution in phosphate medium with the spike placebo method. The related standard deviation (RSD) of third the test was 1.8%, 1.23%, 1.68%, which is clearly indicated that RSD is ≤ 2%. LOD and LOQ Detection limits and quantitation limits were determined by injecting standard solutions in HCl, acetate, phosphate mediums with concentrations of 5, 10, 20, 30.40,50 and 60 ppm, respectively at selected HPLC conditions. The results were processed by making the regression equation, it was y = bx + a. The maximum surfactant is used 1% [11], in the previous study, sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) was used as a surfactant with concentrations of 0.1%, 0.5%, 1% [13]. The present study, surfactants with a concentration of 0.5% provided the highest drug release profile with greater stability, and ensured excellent sink conditions in accordance with the ethyl acetate-96 fraction tablet content of 7,4 % w/v
