1.0 Introduction The importance of tourism is increasing day by day. Tourism provides the foundations of foreign incomes, creation of employment, bases of both public sector and private sector income, cultural exchange, publicity of the country etc. In the 2012, the worldwide tourist visits exceeds 1.035 billion USD. Tourists spent over $1 trillion on the travel directly or indirectly, their spending was almost nine percent of the world’s GDP and six percent of its exports. Pojasek discussed that definition and various aspects of organizational context. According to him the context of an organization has to be identified by considering both the internal and external factors of the organization. It is very important to recognize the core setting of a business before making the strategic decision making. In his research paper ‘Fast-food Industry’ Dr. Essam Ibrahim provides a description of the global atmosphere of the international fast-food industry and assesses the international presence of McDonald’s and at the end he called McDonald’s a key player and innovator in fast food industry. In ‘The Business Strategy of Mcdonald’s’ Jing Han presented particular strategies used by the McDonald’s which are also similar to our research findings and also discussed how these strategies are suitable to their business structures. His findings are also similar to this study. 4.0 Overview on McDonald’s McDonalds is one of the major fast-food franchise in the world. Currently it is operating around 119 countries.
