Communication occurs daily in everyone’s life and in every organization that exist - whether it be spoken/written, projected by one’s body language or a graphical representation of a message one may try to convey to the receiver. It links people together and creates relationships; each individual relates with other individuals by means of communication (Kandlousi, Ali, & Abdollahi, 2010). Without communication, an organization wouldn’t be able to function smoothly. One may say that it is like the oxygen of the organization as without it, the organization would die.
