Twenty years ago, in the year 2030, I became the first woman to make the National Finals Rodeo in the Team Roping. After, the war that shook the world, and the rebirth of the nation, women began to overcome the stereotypes to fulfill their dreams. Many people believe that women can’t perform as well as men. That being said, why should women be allowed in the National Finals Rodeo Team Roping? Due to multiple contingencies, the world is taken to a time that was long forgotten in the past. Men were becoming more prominent in the everyday jobs, and women were thrown to the feminine jobs. Women’s suffrage, was hundreds of years ago that was only remembered in the history books and the oral language. People remember it being the time of divorce, and criticism. Men began to get more defensive of the everyday jobs that women wanted to participate in. Women begged and pleaded to have the men compromise with them. The men believed that the women should know their limits, and to “stay in the kitchen”. The men had been shown that the women were equal and could do all the same things as the men. They had both came to the agreement that women would be allowed to compete for anything a man was qualified for. This ranged from the teaching world, to the sports world. Each women was offered a chance to try for the same job as a man. In the world, for once everyone was thought of as equal and worked together as one. A women was allowed in the NFL and others were allowed in world renowned facilities. I wished for many years that I would be able to ride with the greatest men and women in the world. Finally after the long suffrage and the glorious aftermath, I got to compete and be the first women in the world to Team Rope at the National Finals
