Leader integrity aligns with the commitment in action to a morally set of values, which means integrity focuses on what the leader practices and not merely whether it is constantly applied. (Becker as cited in Moorman, Darnold, Priesemuth and Dunn, 2012). If followers perceived the leaders to have integrity, those followers can put more faith that the leader will act in ways consistent with the flowers conception of what is good. Another result believing leaders to have integrity, followers will be more willing to commit to the leader and actively engaged in support of his /her leadership efforts. Result showed that there is a significant difference between teachers perception of the pedagogical skill effectiveness of the principals in public and private secondary schools in Ondo States. The finding showed that teachers of private schools have high perception of their principals’ pedagogical skill effectiveness than teachers of public schools. Likewise, the study revealed that that there is no significant difference in teachers’ perception of the administrative skill effectiveness of the principals of public and private secondary schools. Teachers of public secondary schools perceived their principals as being more position conscious giving more attention to official mails, delegating responsibilities to teachers and attending meetings. The study further revealed that private primary schools were performing better than public primary schools in Kenya Certificate Primary Education in Nakuru municipality. In addition, most teachers in both public and private primary schools were not comfortable with the current leadership styles and administration standards. The above results of leadership style show that the purpose of utilizing different types of leadership styles in education is mainly for the attainment of the common goal. To respond to the complexities and competitiveness of the education sector, the implementation of these leadership styles become more and more vital.
