Crime has been a part of existence since the dawn of life on the planet, and it has never even got close to extinction despite of all the development in earth besides the technologies and the awareness, instead crimes somehow grew to be more dangerous and complicated. One of the most famous and known crime that is a result of technology and development of the world is The Cybercrime. The negative effects of cybercrime have a great impact in society, but what’s more complicated about this topic, it’s the difficulty of locating and determining the places and the individuals involved in this crimes. However, the experts of course for being human and having curiosity worked on improving these services to something more, like getting the access to high secured files and information, first for fun then for harm. While the year 1970 witnessed the first hacking crime, when it was targeting the early computerized phones for accessing to long distance services by knowing the exact code that would help them (Alliance n.d.). So we see that this crime is actually aging half a century subtract with five years, which means it isn’t a new problem at all, yet huge number of cybercriminals success in not being identified, and that gives people the idea of easy getting away from law. The world is on nonstop developing marathon, and no one can deny how this progress has the best outcome for everyone in any age with any occupation, and then with this generality comes whom they consider harming others a favour to themselves. The social networks can be as a game for under-aged people, and it easily can be heard of personal accounts getting hacked and re-used by anonymous groups of individuals, whom they mostly aren’t caught or known at all. Some countries are applying hacking subjects to be taught in the high school, and it is sometimes for encouraging the students to hack the political enemy’s systems as in the Republic of Iran (Halpern 2013), ignoring how might the reaction of these lessons be to the country. Furthermore, there are schools to be found easily that may teach hacking even online, while some of them have the title of “ethical hacking”, and also there are number of books which can be read to get familiar with hacking basics. All of these easy getting helps in the cybercrime field can lead to the huge increasing of digital-criminals, even though some of these studies talk about ethical ways of hacking, yet ethics can’t be obtained through lessons. Rising the criminal numbers continuously-specially by the government itself-, will help the law failing in applying the justice for the crime. In addition, crime teaching books must be limited or totally forbidden-specifically to the public
