Legal Drinking Age Debate

I am arguing that that the legal drinking age needs to be lowered to 18 in the United States of America. In, the U.S., the drinking age is currently 21 years-old. The first reason is, at the age of 18 you are considered an adult in the United States. Second reason, with the age being lowered, supervised drinking—drinking in bars, restaurants, etc., will be more common rather than drinking unsupervised. My third and final reason I’m arguing is, there are less drunk driving accidents and deaths in countries with a drinking age set to 18. When you are 18 years old, you are considered an adult. At this age, you are able to enlist in the military, vote, use tobacco products, get married, sign contracts, serve on juries, get prosecuted as an adult,
