Some injuries are inevitable yet others can be prevented by making the sure the player is their healthiest state and in the safest setting. Common ways to prevent an injury is to check the player for their physical and mental conditions. Most injuries happen to girls than boys and in age groups from 11 years old and below. Intrinsic factors such as fitness and weight management matter as well because they aren't going to preform well if they are exhausted from each practices cause of their fitness level. As well as nutrition plays an important role when managing what helps improve muscle strength. Staying hydrated, if you don’t drink enough fluids, your body won’t be able to effectively cool itself through sweat and evaporation and cause fainting
