Inditex is regarded as the largest fashion retail group in the world with eight brands including Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterque. Zara is one of the fashion brands of Inditex Group, which opened its first store in Spain in 1975. The brand is active in the global fashion industry, has over 2,100 stores across eighty-eight countries so far. These stories are strategically opened in major cities with sustainable growth in sales. According to Inditex Annual Report 2015, the net sales of Zara is 13,628 millions of euros this year (2015:19). The essence of success of Zara is not only related to attractive price and abundant styles, but also to the sustainable business model in terms of the strong logistics system. Through the research of its business model, the unique business model of Inditex is to establish five core modules embracing customer, store, design, manufacturing and logistics.
