Description of the situation: Tom Marting as a specialist for the hand hygiene company is responsible for developing an appropriate strategy for sustainability and life cycle assessment of his company. Apart from the aforementioned problems, in the first level, the company had to develop a sustainable chemical strategy which should be includes some principles related to the concern about preventing the risk of having environmentally or socially negative effects provided by their chemical products. 2. The significant challenge for the company at second level was identifying potential negative impacts related to the materials which are used in the production process in the company. In this case head of the company argued that "accounting for all the enterprise's environmental impacts, analyzing them so their consequences are fully understood and then using this information to help guide business decisions." 3. It is essential for the company to allocate special fund for research group who are responsible for analyzing new material which are mightily used in the new chemical products in terms of having environmentally or socially negative effects. b.
