STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING CROSS-CULTURAL DIFFERENCES: For globalization these cultural differences can act as an obstacle if they are ignored and result in serious issues. So, it’s important to find ways to overcome or at least find s common ground. It is the duty of both managers and the employees to adopt the strategies to keep the diversity at bay.
