One of the main challenges for students is that their role in the schools has also changed. The institution needs them as individuals, who can make decisions and manage with the pressure of the changing world of education. At the same time students need to be able to work in groups, co-operate with colleagues and parents and they have to write projects to upgrade their skills. The art of education and teaching is not about developing an outstanding personality, but making interlinks to students, parents, as well as connecting the pedagogy to the outside world in a suitable method.
