One of the main challenges for students is that their role in the schools has also changed. The institution needs them as individuals, who can make decisions and manage with the pressure of the changing world of education. At the same time students need to be able to work in groups, co-operate with colleagues and parents and they have to write projects to upgrade their skills. The art of education and teaching is not about developing an outstanding personality, but making interlinks to students, parents, as well as connecting the pedagogy to the outside world in a suitable method. The collaborative project-based curriculum used in this classroom develops the higher order thinking skills, adequate communication skills, and knowledge of technology that students will need in the current century workplace, and in today’s classroom, teachers are facilitators of student learning and creators of creative classroom environments in which students can develop the skills they will need in the workplace so that the focus of the classroom is on students experiencing the learning systems they will enter as the current generation workforce.
