Crossfit is a form of exercise that includes high-intensity, functional movement patterns and is mostly performed in a circuit with little to no rest between the group of exercises or exercises. This study was done to describe the heart rate (HR) and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) responses in two Crossfit sessions. The two sessions were the multimodal continuous circuit (MMCIR) and the multimodal high intensity interval training (MMHIIT). These two sessions were done to compare the heart rate and rate of perceived exertion of individuals who has had a lot of Crossfit training and those who had less training, which means they have one to eight months experience with Crossfit. Those who participated in this study were 19 men and 38 women.
