Introduction
As a project, I have chosen “FIT 4 LESS”. It is a Canadian business owned by GoodLife Fitness. GoodLife Fitness is Canada's largest and most successful fitness company. Recently honored with Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures award, GoodLife was also awarded Platinum Club member, Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies honoring eleven consecutive years of outstanding management and fiscal performance. GoodLife are continuously opening new clubs, offering tremendous potential for career growth in an exciting and dynamic industry.
FIT 4 LESS mostly focus on every Customers to give them an opportunity to live…show more content… The minimum wage is 7000 INR per month (130 CAD) whereas in Canada they pay you on weekly basis. All gyms in India offer Personal trainers with extra charge, here many Gyms don’t offer personal trainers. Here all gyms are opened 365 days, In India Gym remains closed only once a week. High tech machinery’s with mobile plug in support, Heart rate sensor are still to come in India it’s not so advance in India. Age clientele doesn’t not affect in Canada but it do affects in India. Charges of lockers are applied in India, Canadians provide free locker system.
Cooling and heating system is centralised in Canadian gyms, in India duct system is more popular.…show more content… Fit 4 less is open 24/7 but staffed hours are Mon -Fri 7am -10pm and Sat -Sun 11am - 4pm.

The $20/month gets you half price for their water/Powerade. ($0.50 bottle water, $2 Powerade; with the half price) free use of tanning beds and massage chairs during staff hours, free T-shirt and gym bag.
