In my professional opinion, Christian is a patient in whom my standard recommendation is double the time, on scored assignments, which includes timed tests or standardized tests – preferably in an isolate room. My recommendation has been the same throughout his academic career as my patient. My recommendation is based not only on his specific medication but also on his daily dosage of such medication and, of course, my medical observation from years of treating patients with similar symptoms of poor concentration, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
