When caring for seniors with Alzheimer's, routines are important. A daily routine is necessary and desirable not only for the senior with Alzheimer's, but for those caring for them. A routine lets both the caregiver and the senior know what to expect and helps provide structure for their day. Planning a routine for a senior with Alzheimer's should not be difficult but does take some thought. When creating a routine there are some factors which need to be taken into account.
