Of the eleven ways to change an organizational culture it would be Role Modeling, Training and Coaching due to training for Verizon’s employees was from day one and continued with reviews post training (CITE HERE PG 230,236,237). It started with the senior leaders and went through the ranks to the front line and sales staff which even after initial training they still have ways to stay updated on any new services or equipment that may become available to the customers. This is accomplished by having on demand videos, podcasts, having their own internal YouTube site just to name a few. Another one would be Formal Statements which is listed at their website under their section called “Our Culture” this is called Verizon Credo (Verizon, 2015).
