The period of rapid physical changes does not compromise with their psychological needs; there occur controversies, which affect not only the children but also the other people around them. Happy and confident adolescents are most likely to grow into happy and confident adults, who in turn contribute to the health and well-being of nations According to UNICEF, the world is home to 1.2 billion individuals aged 10–19 years and make up 18 per cent of the world’s population. More than half of all adolescents live in Asia. Adolescents account for more than one-fifth of the world’s population. India has the largest national population of adolescents (243 million), followed by China (207 million). Each year 1.4 million adolescents die from road traffic injuries, childbirth complications, suicide, AIDS, violence and other causes As the world changes with them the change intervene them more than the adult so it is necessary to study about the adolescent period, their physical, psychological, and social development in every time. On the other side, what happens to the adolescent males? When we analyse the problems of adolescents, it is necessary to study about adolescent male well-being. The field of school counselling reveals many problems faced by the adolescent males. The circumstantial negligence from the part of families and society will pervert them to become the assets of the nation. Therefore, an effective method is mandatory for the well-being of the boys. The school performance of adolescent males referred about not only the scholastic achievement but also active participation in all socio cultural activities conducted in school. Observations and studies about adolescent boys’ school performance reveal that they are low achievers at various evaluation processes in school.
