The findings of the study will as well reveal the impact of the use of the various social networking tools on the productivity of staff at Vodafone Ghana Limited. The findings will be beneficial to the human resource manager of Vodafone Ghana to determine whether or not to allow the use of social networking tools during working hours. It will also help the other senior managers to know the extent to which social networking should be allowed in the organization. This will lead to the formulation of policies that will guide the use of social networking tools at Vodafone Ghana Limited.
