Facts: Paula Jones had a suit claim against President Clinton. While he was a governor of Arkansas, she claimed he made sexual advances towards her, which she rejected them all. However, after repeated refusals, she claimed her position as a state employee was in jeopardy. Later, she was forced to relocate to another position, which she felt had no room for growth.
