It’s like a small breeze on a hot summer day. It's a burst of extravagant energy then it all is swept away within a few quick seconds. That's what life is like, a breeze. Everyday we are slowly blowing away. We might not realize it or see it, but this life is vanishing right before our eyes. No one could’ve seen this coming. One of the lives that they cherished the most evaporating all at once. Now when I feel the breeze I also feel the presence of spirit. Faith met Paul in highschool when one of her best friends started dating his younger brother John. They seemed to hit it off well, but didn’t want to make it public yet. Both of them seemed to be happy with their life together. Even through the tough times with Faith’s family they always came back together stronger than ever. Life was moving forward with the waves of time. Passing them by everyday moving faster then the next, but it was only a matter of time before their lives changed forever. That day Faith got a call, telling her about the accident. No one knows for sure what exactly happened, but they say he hit his head and died instantly. Not many work accidents had happened like this. Paul was only trying to fix one simple thing, that led to him leaving. For good. His shirt was hung on the conveyer belt, before he made it to the top he hit his head, stopping him from moving up anymore. One of the men he worked with found him their. Leading to the call Faith never expected to hear. That was it, so many questions running through her head. “Why did you take him from us?” She asked this question for the longest time. Paul was taken from them. She was now a widowed woman with two children, and their baby on the way. She didn’t want anyone's comfort she didn’t want to eat , she just wanted to be alone. He was a complete opposite of Paul, but she found him intriguing. They dated for a while before she found out she was pregnant with twins. They later got married, and her family was everything she could ask for. Of course David was still learning this parenting thing, as well as Faith. It was to hard on there relationship, so they got a divorce after a year. The twins still got to see him every other weekend, helping them understand why the other children didn’t go was the hardest job they faced. David knew in his heart that her three other children needed a father figure just as much as his own. He started to show signs of change, towards both the kids and Faith. David moved back in to try things out on a daily bases other than just the weekends. After another seven months of living together they decided to get remarried. Not all the children were happy with this decision. Paul’s only daughter Lydia didn’t want another person to call dad, she didn’t want to see her sister to get all the father, daughter memories she never got.
