Most fractures happen to people who have relative risk factors or symptoms for this condition. It is very important to have osteoporosis assessment skills and ask associated questions to collect data. The history question should focus based on fracture risk factors, symptoms of osteoporosis and preventive factors. If patient reports any related symptoms it can be diagnosed as a suspicious case of osteoporosis. History should be gathered to check for and identify the patient’s risk factors and symptoms for osteoporosis and consequent possibility of fractures. 1.
