Farming and getting food on Americans plate has been around for the last 200 years. Its part of the American culture and part of what the true west was and used to be. Over the last several decades though, farming that was once held with pride and joy by one single family harvesting its crop and or raising its livestock, has gone from a single entity into what has engulfed the American culture of big business taking charge and running the whole gambit. It’s taking a once families pride and joy and turning into a factory type operation. Using less acres of land and fitting more animals into that said lot. To keep the diseases down and to gain maximum weight per head the pump them full of steroids and antibiotics and send them off to the meat
