This paper aims to examines the social, value and cultural implications of e-learning in future generations. In the new pedagogical paradigm of education the whole society is subject to a permanent process of learning. This new dimension brings into play new forms, new implications and, effectively, new social, value and cultural implications. As one of these new social aspects is empowerment, by empowerment we can understand the delegation in the people of an organization, of a relationship -in this case educational. More concretely, it is about motivating, promoting, providing facilities and developing and utilizing all the capabilities of people, group or institution to achieve positive objectives. Now most students use E-learning because it is easier to get ideas and information. The use of E-learning in teaching provides better interaction with students, better reception of information because the students receive knowledge visual, auditory and kinesthetic way. Among other things, E-learning motivates students to work independently where the student is more motivated to return to learning and working because modern technical equipment is widely available at any given moment. To this point, if E-learning is deliberated as the core technique of education, it will largely have the next negative and positive effects. And all this improvement that has the real possibility of transforming society can be made possible by incorporating what we have called "social e-learning" into practices, reflections, policies and research. Speaking of e-learning from a social perspective is talking about development, promotion and use of these technologies for certain purposes, by certain groups and under certain conditions. It's talking about inclusion and social exclusion. The social approach to e-learning is part of what we could call the commitment of the schools in the transformation of society. It is not possible to develop training models from e-learning that turn their back on their social and cultural dimension. The integration of citizens in the information society is one of the priority objectives of the new social inclusion strategy of E-learning
